Best battery for portable ESP32 project?

I'm building a portable weather station with an ESP32 and I'm looking for recommendations on a good battery. I need something that can last at least 24 hours on a single charge. Any suggestions on LiPo vs 18650?

I'd suggest going with a single 18650 cell (around 3000mAh). If you put the ESP32 to deep sleep, it can last way more than 24 hours. Weeks even!

Check out the TP4056 charging modules, they are cheap and work great for single cell applications.
